Foreman: Philip Tilby – teaches our dances and does his best to help us to get them right.
Treasurer: Sally Boardman – looks after the pennies.
If you’d like us to join you for a dance-out, perform at an event, are thinking about joining or just want to say hello email us at Armaleggan@gmail.com
Every penny we collect at dance-outs or from booking fees goes to a different local charity each year. Our expenses are paid by members of the side. In recent years we have collected £1,500 or more for our designated charities. This has amounted to in excess of £20,000 in total since we have been going. In 2019 we collected for Soundabout, a charity working towards enabling staff working with children and young people with special needs to make music interactively with their pupils with severe and complex disabilities. 2020/2021 we collected for Sobell House, an Oxford-based hospice serving the residents of Oxfordshire affected by life-limiting illness. 2022 we collected for The Gatehouse, Oxford – a charity supporting the homeless and this year we are collecting for Botley Bridges – a charity supporting local families.

Hi – I dance with Bakers dozen and had the pleasure of your company last September in Guernsey. I also dance with the Men of Wight Morris and we are holding a weekend of dance 7th – 9th June 2019.
We would be delighted if you were able to come, either for a day or the weekend, we will be running tours on both Saturday and Sunday, but in the relaxed Isle of Wight style!
You can contact me either at Bagman@menofwight.org.uk, or malcolm.hector@gmail.com
Best wishes – Malcolm
Thanks Malcolm, I will alert our baglady. Sheila
